In 1990-91, Nathalie started to study and integrate into her life the knowledge necessary to offer strategies and solutions to others for them to achieve and maintain optimal health. Certified as Yoga Teacher in 1999**, Deep Meditation Instructor in 2005, and Ayurvedic Consultant in 2013, Nathalie has been spending the past 30 years developing these skills with passion. Sharing this holistic knowledge, rooted in the ancient Indian Vedic tradition, she respects the origins of the orally transmitted teachings. Her intention and everyday joy is in helping her clients/students develop better habits and improve the quality of their lives.
Finding solutions and bringing you techniques and strategies to develop and maintain the optimal health of your body and mind through Meditation, Yoga, and the wisdom of Ayurveda is her vocation. Spreading the experience of inner peace and well-being that one achieves through these practices motivates her to teach and help others.

Nathalie has been a meditator for more than 30 years and has taught Deep Meditation since 2005. The benefits of her meditation practice inspired her to share the experience of inner peace and led her to deepen her studies. She received the understanding and ability to teach this meditation technique through 500 hours of training between 2001 and 2005. Believing that continuous learning requires a commitment to teaching, she is enjoying the path under the guidance of her principal teacher who was formally trained by a great master. Her passion for learning and sharing the depths of meditation is the core engine of her life and vocation. You too can learn meditation, through instruction with her, either online or in person in Vancouver, B.C.
She has been integrating the principles of Ayurveda into her life since 1999, the same year she started to teach yoga. In 2013, she received certification as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and is now facilitating courses for Ayurveda and Self-Care online, in person in Vancouver and other locations in British Columbia. She is also offering counselling in nutrition and lifestyle, which can be done in person, or online (through Zoom or Skype).
Also, Nathalie has been a Hatha Yoga practitioner since the early 90s. She has been teaching it since 1999, right after she completed her first Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. She later completed many Teacher Training Courses: in the Ashtanga tradition with David Swenson in 2001, in Viniyoga with TKV Desikachar in 2003, as well as in Anusara from 2004 to 2010. In 2011, she began studying Yin Yoga and added this approach to her offerings. Yoga asanas bring to the body what meditation practice brings to the mind. Deep Meditation is taught on a one-on-one basis, and during the pandemic, online (using Zoom), worldwide. Most of the trainings in meditation and Ayurveda are also offered in British Columbia in a private setting, and to small groups, at home or online. Contact her to discuss different options.
Health consultations are offered on a one-on-one basis. They are also available worldwide online, or in person where possible, in Vancouver.
These classes and/or consultations can be provided in English, Spanish or French. They can happen in the comfort of your home, or your workplace, as most of her programs are available online.
