Introduced to yoga during a 9-month sojourn in Costa Rica in 1990, Nathalie experienced a deep connection with the Earth, the planet as well as the elements. She then started to listen, follow her heart, and explore her talents learning Spanish and discovering Hatha Yoga. Certified as Yoga Teacher in 1999**, Deep Meditation Instructor in 2005, and Ayurvedic Consultant in 2013, Nathalie has more than 25 years of integrating all these principles into her life, with great results. Sharing this holistic knowledge with others, helping them to achieve better health and improved quality of life is her everyday passion.

My bio in more detail:
I have been a meditator for more than 25 years and teaching Deep Meditation since 2005. My meditation practice inspired me to share the experience of inner peace and led me to deepen my studies. I was transmitted the knowledge to teach this meditation technique after 500 hours of training between 2001 and 2005. Believing that continuous learning requires a commitment to teaching, I am enjoying the path under the guidance of my principal teacher, Denis Cléroux, senior instructor since 1973, formally trained by a great master. My passion for learning and sharing the depths of meditation is the core engine of my life and vocation.
I have been integrating the principles of Ayurveda to my life since 1999, the same year I started to teach yoga. Recently, in 2013, I received certification as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and am now facilitating courses about Ayurveda and Self-Care in Vancouver, B.C. and offering counselling in nutrition and lifestyle.
Also, I have been a Hatha Yoga practitioner since the early 90s. I have been teaching it since 1999, right after I completed my first Teacher Training Course at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. I later completed many Teacher Training Courses: in the Ashtanga tradition with David Swenson in 2001, in Viniyoga with TKV Desikachar in 2003, as well as in Anusara from 2006 to 2010. More recently, in 2011, I began studying Yin Yoga and added this approach to my offerings. Yoga asanas bring to the body what meditation practice brings to the mind. I've been practicing deep meditation for a few months now, and it has become an important part of my daily routine. It brings me calmness, even when my mind is all over the place before going to bed. Also, I feel more energetic and positive when I meditate in the morning, and the effects last for a long time. I can clearly feel the difference whenever I skip my daily meditation (I know I shouldn't, but it happens sometimes): my mind is not as sharp and focused as when I meditate. I highly recommend deep meditation to those seeking a quieter, more focused mind.
